Hands down, top notch company all the way around! From the receptionist to the service guy and garage guys, very respectful. Had a issue w my car not starting. Service guy made a quick call. Tow truck was there within 20 min. The ladies the next day set me up for repairs in the garage. They were so quick w repair and service that I had my car back within 13 hrs. (Towed late the night before) The price for repairs were very reasonable. The owners have a crew that these other companies would beg for!! Thanks again Autobody Crew!!

 Mike is the best tow truck driver! I’m very particular when it comes to my Volvo S60. I stood by watching to make sure I wasn’t going to have a bad experience with a tow. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other tow truck companies. As I looked on, Mike started securing the car down in a very personal and caring manner. Every thing went great.  I was in Springfield for job training when my car suddenly started having issues as I was leaving. I didn’t know anyone in town and my phone was barely charged, so I quickly searched and called Springfield Auto Body and Towing. That call turned into an incredible blessing.
Maria answered the phone and immediately went into action. My car was stuck in a parking garage, but instead of telling me it couldn’t be done, she and her husband Jerry started figuring out how to help right away.
Maria even came and picked me up, got me a charger for my phone, helped me find a safe hotel, and made sure I had food and snacks while everything was being sorted out. She introduced me to others as her “new friend Wendy,” and everyone treated me like family.
That same night Maria and Jerry gathered a few employees who pushed my car out of the garage and safely towed it to be inspected the next day.
We talk about exceptional customer service all the time, but the Christofilakos family truly lives it. I will never forget the kindness they showed a complete stranger.

 I was driving from Chicago to Springfield, IL with my kids to visit the Lincoln Memorial when my car suddenly began shaking during acceleration. Nervous to continue the trip with my little ones, I pulled over and searched for a local 24/7 towing company. That’s when I found Springfield Autobody and Tow.

Not only did they come out quickly to tow us, but they went above and beyond—despite being closed, they didn’t want to leave a mom and her kids stranded. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their kids even played soccer with mine while we waited!

They diagnosed the issue right away—a simple sensor replacement. What they called a “quick fix,” I consider a true blessing in disguise. Jerry and Maria, along with their amazing staff, made what could have been a stressful situation feel safe, friendly, and even heartwarming.
I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help during an unexpected breakdown. Thank you all for your outstanding service and kindness.

 Got a tow very late Thursday night and Mike our tow guy was willing to get out of bed to make sure our vehicle got rescued. He was very knowledgeable and careful when towing our vehicle. My family and I are very grateful for him showing up that night to give us a tow since it was late at night and raining. We saw him a few days later and he asked how we were doing and if we got our vehicle fixed. He is a very caring person and we appreciate everything he did for our family.
